Without an account

Your bill is read entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers, and closing the page clears it.

With an account

We store your email address, the bill PDFs you add, and the figures read from them (units, charges, QR code data, consumer ID and reference number). PDFs are kept in private storage and only your signed-in account can open them.

Your data is never sold or shared. You sign in with Google, which shares only your email address with us (never your password or contacts). We use your email only to identify your account and, if you leave it on, one reminder a month when your new bill should be out.

Your control

From My account you can download everything, delete single bills or meters, turn off reminders, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes all your bills and PDFs immediately.

Why not log in with the consumer ID?

Consumer IDs and reference numbers are printed on every bill and can be used to look bills up online, so they can’t protect your data. Your meters are linked to your account by these numbers, but only your Google account can sign you in.
