How to download your LESCO, IESCO, FESCO or any DISCO bill as a PDF
The official PITC links for every DISCO, where to find your reference number, and how to save the bill as a PDF.
Go to the official PITC bill site for your company, for example bill.pitc.com.pk/lescobill (or /iescobill, /fescobill, /gepcobill, /mepcobill, /pescobill, /hescobill). Enter the 14-digit reference number from your paper bill (choose U or R) or your customer ID, open the bill, then use your browser’s Print → Save as PDF.
The paper bill is fine for paying, but the web bill is better for checking: it is a clean PDF, it carries both QR codes, and you can get it as soon as it is issued. Here is how to get it for any PITC-run distribution company.

Find your reference number
The reference number is printed near the top of every bill: 14 digits, usually shown as NN NNNNN NNNNNNN and followed by U (urban) or R (rural), for example 16 11511 0000000 U. The customer ID (consumer ID) is a separate, shorter number on the same bill; either one works on the PITC page.
Your reference number is not secret (it is printed on a paper bill delivered to your door), but your bill does show your name and address, so share the PDF with care.
Download and save as PDF
- Open your DISCO’s page from the table above.
- Choose Reference No, type the 14 digits, and pick U or R from the drop-down. Or choose Customer ID.
- Press search. The bill opens in the browser.
- On a computer: press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac) and choose Save as PDF.
- On Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → Share → Print → Save as PDF.
- On iPhone (Safari): Share → Print, then pinch out on the preview and share or save it as a PDF.
Keep the PDF, not a screenshot. A PDF keeps both QR codes sharp and the text readable, which is what lets tools like Solar Bill recompute every figure.
When is the new bill out?
Bills appear online a day or two after the meter is read, and the reading date is printed on the bill. Most households find their bill on roughly the same day each month. Solar Bill learns that day from your past bills and, if you sign in, emails you once a month when the new one should be out.
Then: understand it
Once you have the PDF, add it to Solar Bill. It reads the bill and both QR codes inside your browser and explains your import and export units, peak cost, settlement and credit. To read it yourself, start with how to read a net-metering bill.
Questions people ask
What is the 14-digit reference number on my electricity bill?
It identifies your connection on PITC bills, printed near the top of the bill as 14 digits, often grouped as 2, 5 and 7 digits, followed by U (urban) or R (rural). It is commonly described as batch, sub-division and serial number.
Can I check my bill with my customer ID instead?
Yes. The PITC bill pages let you search by reference number or by customer (consumer) ID.
Where do I download a LESCO duplicate bill?
At bill.pitc.com.pk/lescobill, the official PITC page for LESCO.
Is the online bill the same as the paper bill?
Yes, it is the same bill. The web version also carries the QR codes that hold the payment details and, on net-metering connections, the full net-metering detail.
Can I download my K-Electric bill here?
No. K-Electric is not on the PITC system and uses its own account numbers and website.
Can I download old bills?
The PITC page shows the current bill, which includes a 12-month history table of units and amounts. Keep a PDF each month to build your own record, or save them to a Solar Bill account.
Solar Bill is independent and not affiliated with NEPRA, PITC or any DISCO. Rates, taxes and rules change; your DISCO’s bill is the official record. Policy facts above link to their public sources.
